Less than 20 minutes from downtown
Providence.
From points south:
Route 146 North to 99 North. Follow all the
way until the end. Turn left onto Rte 122
(Mendon Road). Bear right at gas station at
third light to stay on Mendon Road. Follow
to first light and turn left onto Cass
Avenue. Take fifth right onto Beacon Street
and left at first stop sign onto Poplar
Street. Follow straight to Woonsocket Health
& Rehabilitation Centre entrance at 262
Poplar Street.
From Massachusetts:
Route 146 South to light at Sayles Hill
Road. Turn left and follow to Rte 99 North.
Follow all the way until the end. Bear right
at gas station at third light to stay on
Mendon Road. Follow to first light and turn
